Brief your assistant

Casper does not replace your assistant — it is where you see and approve what the assistant writes in your folder.

Same folder

Point your assistant at the folder you opened in Casper (Open workspace…). Updates appear in the app automatically.

Plain-language briefs

Not sure which slash to use? In Cursor / Codex, run /casper-help first — it routes you to the right command and shows copyable examples.

If you pasted source text in Repository, name the file in your brief. Otherwise describe topic, audience, tone, number of screens, and the last-slide CTA:

/create-slide from repository/product-notes.md — launch carousel, 7 screens,
waitlist CTA on the last slide.

LinkedIn carousel on product metrics — educational tone, 6 screens,
newsletter CTA on the last slide.

Instagram launch — 7 screens, bold hook on screen 1, minimal visuals,
waitlist on the last slide.

Slash commands

For a new deck, use /create-slide with the brief inline:

/create-slide for "Before/after client story — 5 screens, warm, 4:5 for Instagram"

After you comment on screens in Casper, send /apply-comments in chat.

For broader edits on a deck that already exists (new page, reorder, rewrite a section without inspector markers), use /edit-slide — see Commands.

Iterate

Review in Casper, then ask for targeted changes:

Screen 3 is too wordy — two short lines max, keep the stat large.

Repeat until every screen is ready → Export for social.
